A visit to the lavanderia

Today we stayed in Ferrara again. We were lucky enough to find a laundromat that was open. Mommy has been slowly doing clothes in the bathroom sink...but today we did 1 bit load in the machine to get a lot done all at once. We used the bikes from the B&B and went in mid-morning. Luckily it didn't take long. We had just gotten back to the apartment and it started to rain (you can see how hard it poured - check out the photo below that shows the roof across the street).

We ate some leftover pizza and i took a nap for siesta. Then, once it was done raining, we went for a walk around town. We had gelato at La Cremeria - I had lots of the yummy pistachio flavor - and then we went to the Caffe Europa for another snack and some coffee for mommy and daddy.

When we got back home, we called mimi and papa Thompson on Skype. Then we went and had some yummy pasta at Osteria il Postiglione, around the corner from our B&B. Mommy and daddy had yummy dishes, and i had some of both! We watched it pour again while we waited for our food. Luckily, we timed it right and when we were ready to go home, it had stopped raining!
